Testimonials
“Keats Snideman offers invaluable knowledge to his clients when it comes to their health and fitness. I was very fortunate to have Keats coach me while I was playing professional football with the Arizona Cardinals. You simply will not find a better fitness or strength coach for helping you reach your fitness goals.”
-Aaron Graham (Retired 7 year NFL Veteran)
“I was suffering from sciatica and was referred by my chiropractor to Keats Snideman. She told me that he was an exceptionally skilled young man who had helped many of her clients. Jennifer was absolutely correct. Keats came to my home, evaluated my condition, worked up an exercise program suited to my needs and I was on my way. He periodically came to my home to monitor my progress and, in turn, adjust my program. To date my pain has substantially improved. I also developed a problem with tendonitis in my jaw and called Keats to evaluate it. The oral surgeon I saw commented that Keats’s report on my condition was extremely well done and that I should continue to see him for therapy. This problem has also significantly improved.I can”t recommend Keats highly enough. In addition to being highly skilled, he cares about the welfare of his clients. He empowers them by developing programs tailored to their needs and then makes sure they are doing it correctly. His ideal goal is for clients to be able to care for their needs on their own. I applaud his professionalism. “

“My name is Sal Paparone & I own a carpet & upholstery cleaning business. It is very hard work on my body. I have had many massages from other people that really didn’t help me with any of my aches and pains. I met Keats around three years ago & ever since then, he has helped me tremendously with my body so I can stay fit and healthy enough to keep working. I would recommend Keats to anyone!”
-Salvatore Paparone (Phoenix, AZ)“If it wasn”t for Keats and his incredible massage sessions, there is no way I would be able to compete consistently at the top level I do on the USA Track & Field Masters circuit. Since coming to Keats, my chronic hamstring injury I have been dealing with since 1986, my college days, has all but disappeared. I have tried numerous other forms of treatment; other massage therapists, acupuncture, physical therapy and the likes with no success. What a difference it makes being able to run all out and not be concerned about pulling my hammy again. It”s a great feeling. One I could definitely never have attained with out Keats magic. I wish I met him back in my younger days.
Keats, You Are The MAN!”
-Rawle Crichlow (www.speedbyrawle.com) USATF Masters Sprinter 2004 Indoor National Champion - 60m Dash Age 40-44 2005 Penn Relays Champion - 100 Dash Age 40-44“About three years ago I experienced a significant back injury. After trying everything from Cortisone injections, Chiropractic, and Orthopedic Doctors I was willing to try anything. My boyfriend Kyle Battis said that he had a colleague who was a very skilled massage therapist and body worker. We flew to Las-Vegas from New Hampshire for a seminar where Keats was presenting and after the long plane flight there I was in a lot of pain. After an hour in Keats” capable hands I felt like a million dollars! Besides feeling remarkably better after the massage I also now had a bench-mark that I could use to pick a qualified massage therapist back on the East Coast.
Thanks for everything Keats! My back feels a lot better and I appreciate your help.”

“Simply stated, Keats knows his stuff. He has studied under some of the smartest coaches in the industry and read everything that is out there about improving performance and getting results for his clients. I have known and interacted with Keats for a couple of years now and I am thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and his deep-rooted desire to use what works to help people achieve results. If you are looking to make some real progress then you should definitely pick the brain of this fitness professional!”

“I have had the pleasure of knowing Keats Snideman for the past eight years. He has constantly impressed me with his ability to stay on top of cutting edge information and yet he is one of the few coaches that I have met that can translate such information into meaningful programs for his clients. His ability to break down complex ideas into simple terms makes Keats a valuable asset to anyone looking to improve their sporting performance, general health, or physical conditioning. Keats is always looking to improve on his coaching skills and knowledge, which is very admirable considering his great understanding of kinesiology, biomechanics, physiology, and motor learning. He is one of the few coaches that I would trust to train myself.”
