· All Training Programs begin with a comprehensive evaluation to determine present levels of orthopedic health, strength, flexibility, power and other fitness qualities based on what is needed for one”s sports, work and recreational activities.

Massage Therapy (Neuromuscular Therapy)
($75/Session- approximately 50-55 minutes long, discounted packages available for $65/session)

In-Home Personal Training/Massage

In-home sessions are available on a limited basis (it’s hard for me to get away from my two locations). Rates are higher and depend on the extent of the travel. Call or email for more information.

Home Gym Design Consultation
